a)  4 x wall climbs with a max effort hold at the wall.  Rest as needed between.

b1) Close Grip Bench Press- 2RM

b2) 3 x 45 second FLR holds

c) For time:

400m plate carry

Then 3 rounds of:

8 Hand release press ups

10 DB push press

14 jumping pull ups

Then 

400m plate carry
