We want to make your daily workout the best hour of your day.
Our 1 hour long class is constantly varied and FUN!
You’ll be put through a mixture of stretching, skill practices, strength work and/or a conditioning circuit (met-con).
The daily “WOD” (workout of the day) will vary from day to day.
Every workout can be scaled to the individual, taking into account your current fitness level and ability. Although we will encourage you to go outside your comfort zone on a regular basis, we will never push you to do something outside your capabilities.

What is CrossFit Kids?
CrossFit Kids was developed to help kids to grow up healthy, strong and develop a lifelong love of fitness which will give them the right foundation to avoid common problems associated with childhood inactivity and obesity. CrossFit Kids is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit, it is entirely absolutely CrossFit geared and designed for a special population and the specific developmental needs of that population (neurological, cognitive, and motor). CrossFit Kids classes are designed with the unique needs of young athletes in mind, and combine skills practice, workouts and fun games that focus on building strength and conditioning.
Our classes include elements of gymnastics, weight lifting, body weight movements, running, jump roping, and more – all in a fun and safe environment. Healthy living requires that our children push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, and jump effectively and safely regardless of their athletic ability.
In order for kids to learn and succeed in other sports, they need to start with the basics, which is exactly the reason we teach using the 10 General Physical Skills that are the base for any sport or discipline that children participate in.
What does this mean?
This means that, for the most part, no two workouts are the same, so kids and teens never get bored and the novelty of each workout keeps them motivated to participate. The functional movements involve exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play- pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump. All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of CrossFit Kids coaches. When fitness is defined as broad, inclusive and general it means that participants will become well-rounded athletes who will be better at any and every sport that they play because CrossFit Kids doesn’t coach them to be good at just one thing.
Our workouts will increase physical competence in 10 fitness domains: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.
Our classes
Crossfit Teens classes 12-16 year olds Mon and Friday 4-4.45/5pm Drop in, 5 pounds per class
Crossfit Kids 5-8 year olds Sat 9-9.30am
Crossfit Kids 9-12 year olds Sat 9.30-10am These classes are payable by the term (which follows the school term)

The Bridge performance clinic
Sally is ITEC registered level 3 sports massage Therapist, with extensive clinical experience. In addition, Sally has also trained with Osteon manual therapy and regularly uses her spinal manipulation training during her treatment.
Sally combines deep tissue, sports remedial massage therapy with a whole body approach to structure and function. She is passionate about empowering patients with the appropriate knowledge to maintain their physical health so performance in their chosen discipline is minimally affected by injury.
In tandem with CrossFit Bath and the Bridge coaches, allow your dysfunction to be corrected by Sally and the road to recovery embarked upon with a partnership of remedial and exercise based therapy.
Whether you are suffering from acute or chronic pain, sporting injury or simply need to unwind from tension caused by everyday stress, the ‘Bridge Performance Clinic’ offers a treatment approach tailored to your needs.
Sally regularly treats the following symptoms and conditions;
