CrossFit Bath is now officially a recognized CrossFit Kids affiliate.
Jenny Myatt has been running a successful kids fitness programme for the past few months and we have now registered to become part of the CF Kids affiliation due to their huge success.
Jenny will be spear heading the new kids programmed assisted by myself. We are both really excited about this new venture and look forward to delivering elite fitness to the stars of tomorrow.
Kids aged 5-8 years will be Saturdays 9-9.30am
Kids aged 9-12 years will be Saturday 9.30am-10am
Teen Class (13+) Mondays and Fridays 4-5pm
