A. Front Squat 3-5 x 3-5 reps @ 80%

 

B. Deadlift 3×10 @ 50-60%

– aim to increase weight from last week by 2.5-5kg

 

C. 6 min amrap in pairs:

Burpees

– partner must be holding 2 kettlebells in front rack in order for reps to count

Men use 2 x 32kg, women use 2 x 24kg
