At CrossFit Trowbridge, we offer functional programming that gives you a competitive edge. You’ll learn proper movements and technique as well as nutrition planning. We scale every workout to fit your current fitness level, so don’t be afraid to try something outside of your comfort zone. That’s when you discover what you’re really made of!
Workout Of the Day
This 1-hour long class is a consistent mix of variety and FUN! You’ll perform stretching, skill practices, strength work and/or a conditioning circuit (met-con). Plus, each “WOD” (Workout of the Day) will be different so it will keep your body guessing. Every workout can be scaled to the individual, considering your current fitness level and ability.
1-on-1 Intro Course
With our 1-on-1 course, you’ll receive a full health and movement assessment and learn the basics of CrossFit training. This course runs between 1-3 sessions, depending on your level of confidence with the CrossFit movements. Running these sessions on a 1-1 basis allows you to have a completely tailored experience.
CrossFit Legends
These classes utilise the CrossFit Training methodology but are tailored specifically towards older adults who are looking to improve their overall health and well-being, in a welcoming and friendly environment, full of like minded people.
Aside from the health benefits of regular exercise (increased bone density, muscle mass retention, improved sleep and reducing the chances or effects of numerous chronic diseases such as; heart disease, arthritis, and type 2 diabetes), these classes will prioritise having FUN with exercise.

Olympic Lifting Class
Our Olympic Weightlifting class follows set cycles ranging from the introductory level to more advanced cycles prepping lifters for WODs or competitions. Our courses are great whether you’re looking to improve your technique and strength or want to pursue Olympic Weightlifting as a sport.
Skills Class
This program is perfect for experienced CrossFit athletes looking to advance their skills to the competitive or professional level. Stay sharp during the off-season and learn new techniques that make you a better, more skilled competitor next time you’re on the field.
CrossFit Kids
CrossFit Kids and Teens lays the foundation for a healthy lifestyle and a love for fitness. CrossFit Kids and Teens is a specialised programme using CrossFit methodology based on the principles of mechanics, consistency and then intensity with the most important element…making fitness fun!
Through having fun and learning through play, your children will develop a lifelong love of movement and fitness, ensuring health and fitness become an integral part of their lives.
These sessions will cover age ranges of; Pre- school, Primary School and Secondary school children.
